My partner never wants to go anywhere with me
We have been together for several years and things are generally good, but I feel as though I am always the one trying to make plans. They would rather stay at home and I am starting to feel lonely even though we are together.

Wanting more from your shared life does not automatically mean there is something wrong with the relationship.
The important question is whether both of you are willing to recognise that your needs are different and find some middle ground.
